Updated LINUX version, published (32-bit, facepalm) windows version

So yeah I fixed a few things and added bits in the LINUX version then ported the program onto WINDOWS but I did that on 32 bit (facepalm) so I'm working on making a 64 bit version, 32 bit will not be any longer supported, but the executable will stay.
